WASHINGTON (TNND) — The late Ozzy Osbourne’s son Jack said Friday that celebrities should be quiet when it comes to politics.

TMZ reporters asked Jack Osbourne and his mom Sharon if the two of them were political.

“I think celebrities just need to keep their mouth shut,” Osbourne said. “Make entertainment. Entertain the people. Shut the f**k up.”

“Don’t you think if you have a platform and you got like a big opinion, you should maybe use your platform to change hearts and minds maybe?” the TMZ reporter asked Osbourne.

“Then be a politician,” Jack answered. “Don’t be an entertainer.”

Sharon and Jack were in Washington, D.C. on Friday due to Indiana GOP Rep. Victoria Spartz entering Ozzy Osbourne’s biography into the Congressional Record.

“It was a great honor for him,” Sharon told TMZ.

They both said they had a great time in D.C. and got a tour of the Capitol.
