Kelsey Grammer praises Trump as ‘one of the greatest presidents’

Kelsey Grammer, best known for his role as Frasier Crane, praised Trump in a candid interview, calling him ‘maybe the greatest’ president ever.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Camille Grammer has confirmed she remains estranged from her “Frasier” star ex-husband Kelsey Grammer.

Reflecting on their breakup, Camille, 57, said in a May 18 podcast episode that she allegedly received a “very harsh” text from Kelsey, 71, as they were breaking up.

“He sent me a text saying, ‘I feel no remorse for what I am doing,'” Camille said during her appearance on the “Humble Bragg” podcast. “And that was very harsh because I was very much in love with him. And I believed he was very much in love with me. I mean, we did have many good years in our marriage, and a lot of fun times.”

The pair separated in 2010 after 13 years of marriage, following Kelsey’s admission that he’d had an affair with his now-wife Kayte Walsh, with whom he shares four children.

The split took a toll on Camille’s mental health, and she said she’d told “RHOBH” producers that she felt “almost suicidal.”

“I don’t feel like I was getting a break ’cause [of] the show, the fans, the audience,” Camille said. “Then, bigger than that, it’s Kelsey’s people – his machine behind him to protect his image – that were on full force.”

Camille Grammer said she hadn’t spoken to her ex-husband in 14 years. They have two children together: Mason, 24, and Jude, 21.

USA TODAY has reached out to Kelsey Grammer’s representative for comment.

In an October podcast appearance, Kelsey joked that he differentiates his children by “clusters.” He shares children Faith, 13; Gabriel, 11; James, 9; and 7-month old Christopher with Walsh.

His adult children are 42-year-old “Rick & Morty” star Spencer Grammer, 34-year-old “Awkward” actress Greer Grammer, 24-year-old Mason Grammer and 21-year-old Jude Grammer.
