Bridget Phillipson is set to publish new guidance banning trans women from female toilets, changing rooms and sports teams under Equality Act rules.
The update follows the UK Supreme Court ruling that legal sex is based on biological sex. Women’s rights groups welcome the move, while trans campaigners warn the guidance could impact transgender people’s safety and inclusion in public spaces.

It's a perverts charter to allow men in women's toilets. A man dressed as a man could walk into a ladies' toilet to leer at women and have a defence that he is transgender, but hadn't put his dress on today.
