“Tell Them To GET OUT!” | Bridget Phillipson Announces New Rules On Female Spaces

Bridget Phillipson is set to publish new guidance banning trans women from female toilets, changing rooms and sports teams under Equality Act rules.

The update follows the UK Supreme Court ruling that legal sex is based on biological sex. Women’s rights groups welcome the move, while trans campaigners warn the guidance could impact transgender people’s safety and inclusion in public spaces.

Alex Philips interviews the Director of Women Scotland, Susan Smith.

    1. Its got to the point of, i identify as a sexual predator, and you must respect me and empower me to be a dirty man. And if you object to the fact im a 6ft built like a brick shithouse, bearded and intact. Ill call you transphobic. Insain, but true

    2. I am a women & I don't want to share with men. Their habits are disgusting, their toilets stink, I don't think it's wrong to tell them to get out.

    3. Canada is disgusting and insane. I can’t use changerooms anymore. And a baby rapist got tax payer funded paraphilia implants in his chest and is in a women’s prison.

    4. It's a perverts charter to allow men in women's toilets. A man dressed as a man could walk into a ladies' toilet to leer at women and have a defence that he is transgender, but hadn't put his dress on today.

    5. The trans lobby has been so empowered that of course they're going to try to create confusion and will no doubt ignore the rules. I hate to dissilkusion them, but very few of them actually pass.
      . They wish.

    6. We don't have a police officer on every country lane or speed cameras but the speed limit law still applies. We don't have the police or a warden guarding every house but we still have laws against burglary. We don't breathalyze every driver of every car journey but we still have a laws against drink driving.

    7. So feminism appropriating radical transphobes are not only excluding transwomen but trans men as well. All because the low rate of bathroom crimes makes them afraid 😱

    8. People are going to be a lot more vocal and assertive now that they know that the law is on their side.

TIMs aren't going to want to draw attention to themselves by being told to leave the women's spaces. They will abide by the law.
