As they get closer and closer to their wedding, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been on a pre-nuptials tour of sorts, traveling from London to Greece to New York City. During this time, Swift has been favoring a soft black-and-white palette, sending fans down spirals of research, contemplating just what the sartorial Easter eggs might mean. In contrast, Kelce has been embracing all the vibrant prints that fashion has to offer, rocking his usual selection of bold hues and playful patterns.
Last night, for dinner at the Mercer Hotel’s Sartiano’s, both leaned into the easy go-to styles that we’ve come to expect from them. For the “Opalite” star, this meant adding to her ever-growing collection of little black dresses with a sleeveless mini. For the NFL player, this meant a patterned short-sleeve button down.

Swift wore her LBD with black pumps and a matching envelope clutch on a long shoulder strap, making for an altogether monochrome look. She pulled her hair off of her face with an updo, and finished things off with some hoop earrings, a sparkling watch, and her classic red lip.

Kelce’s floral shirt was courtesy of Valentino and trimmed with tassels, adding a new detail to his favorite look. In the past, he has worn a handful of similar styles, rocking Louis Vuitton monograms, Jacquemus horse prints, and Perte Dego patchwork. Most recently, he stepped out in a striped poplin bowling shirt from Marni. This one featured a floral patch, a subtle nod to the white floral dress that Swift wore beside him.
