Her Majesty Queen Margrethe has been admitted to Rigshospitalet and has received treatment after a CT scan revealed a significant accumulation of blood in the hip region as a result of an earlier fall.
It is expected that Queen Margrethe will remain hospitalized for several days.
Her Majesty is doing well under the circumstances.
