Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband, Michael Douglas, are bursting with pride as their daughter Cary Douglas lands her first big role.
The 23-year-old is following in her mum and dad’s footsteps, two of the biggest actors in Hollywood, and we have a feeling their daughter may be on the cusp of the same title.
Since deciding to become an actress, Catherine and Michael have been nothing but supportive of her and encouraging her online, particularly on social media.

According to The Daily Mail, Cary will be taking to the stage in a new production of Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull and will be opening next month in New York City.
Carly will take on the role of Nina, an ambitious young actress caught up in a complicated love triangle. This role has been taken on by some big names in the past.
Saoirse Ronan, Emilia Clarke, Carey Mulligan, and Helen Mirren have all successfully played this part in the past.

A source close to the family told the publication that mum and dad are immensely proud.
Cary has a degree from Brown University in Rhode Island. Only graduating last year, she has already landed a big role!
With only a few weeks until opening night, we just know mum and dad will have front row tickets!
