Audiences still can’t get enough of the Dutton family.

Dutton Ranch, the latest series in the Yellowstone franchise, generated 12.9M streaming views globally in seven days post-premiere, Paramount said Tuesday. That marks the biggest original series launch in Paramount+ history, soaring past the 8M views for Dutton Ranch’s recent predecessor The Madison over its first 10 days in March.

Preliminary Nielsen data for the week of May 11, which won’t be finalized for another month or so, puts Dutton Ranch as the top streaming series.

In addition to streaming, Dutton Ranch also made a two-episode debut May 15 on Paramount Network.

Per the company, it put up some heavyweight numbers on linear as well. With 1.9M L+3 viewers for the first episode, the series had the biggest cable premiere since 2023. Dutton Ranch also ranked as the top cable entertainment telecast on premiere day among both adults 18-49 and total viewers.

The company recently changed its audience metric to streaming views (previously reporting total viewers), so there is not available data to compare with most other season debuts in the Sheridan-verse. However, this does indicate continued momentum for the series after Landman became one of the biggest series of 2025. The Season 2 premiere of Landman tallied 9.2M streaming views in just two days.

In Dutton Ranch, as Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) fight to build a future together — far from the ghosts of Yellowstone — they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire. In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul.

The new original drama series also stars Ed Harris, Annette Bening, Finn Little, Juan Pablo Raba, Jai Courtney, J.R. Villarreal, Marc Menchaca, and Natalie Alyn Lind.
