Mike Tindall has revealed the sweet nickname he and his wife Zara use for each other away from the spotlight.
The former England rugby star, who has been married to Princess Anne’s daughter since 2011, shared new details about their family life in an interview with Woman & Home, giving royal fans a glimpse at their down-to-earth relationship.
When asked whether the couple have pet names for one another, Mike revealed that they do indeed. “If it’s nicknames, it’s Z and Mikey-T,” said the 47-year-old, who lives with his family at Aston Farm, a renovated farmhouse on Princess Anne’s Gatcombe Park estate.
The father-of-three also shared that he and Zara have another nickname for each other, “Munchkin.” How sweet!
Opening up about how the couple navigate their busy family life as parents to three children, Mia, 12, Lena, seven, and Lucas, five, with work and public appearances, Mike admitted: “It can be stressful.”
He continued: “You’re trying to do everything all at once, and that’s hard. But you find a way. The whole point is to find a way and get it done while having fun at the same time. That’s what we try to do anyway.”
