Hollywood star Patrick Fabian has thrilled fans as he revealed his dream come true in Liverpool. The 61-year-old is most renowned for his role as Howard Hamlin in the critically acclaimed TV series, Better Call Saul.
The Breaking Bad prequel series is widely included in lists of the greatest TV shows of all time and Howard was a central character across its six seasons. Patrick has enjoyed a long career in television since 1992 and has appeared in shows such as 24 and Barry. He also transitioned to the silver screen and has recently appeared in The Ritual and is currently shooting a movie called Sponsor.
The actor has taken a well deserved rest to fulfil a long held dream by jetting over the Atlantic to fulfil a long held dream in Liverpool. The Last Exorcism star is a huge Beatles fan and ticked off all the cultural landmarks in the city where it all started for the Fab Four.
In a post shared with his 299,000 Instagram followers, he said: “A Day In The Life, indeed and a dream come true….thank you Ian & the amazing @maddayouttours for taking me on the tour of a lifetime……finally saw @thebeatles hometown properly, #PennyLane, #StrawberryField.
“The Boys’ childhood homes, where J&P first met, #EleanorRigby headstone, #TheCavernClub & all the great vibes #Liverpool has to offer. If you’re a fan, make the pilgrimage. It’s worth it.”

Fans took to the comments as they were thrilled to see the US actor enjoying himself in Liverpool. One user named @bhmlfc95 said: “Wait? Howard Hamlin of HHM was in Liverpool and I didn’t know?”
Nicola added: “I’m so glad that you enjoyed your time in my city.” Kathy added: “how cool is this!!!” Earl commented: “Welcome to a great city!”

Patrick isn’t the only star of the screen who has been embracing things lately. Hollywood actress Alicia Silverstone has shared a heartfelt message to Liverpool after spending time in the city for Comic Con Liverpool.
During her stay in Liverpool, the 49-year-old Clueless star was able to enjoy a taste of Liverpool life – including a visit to after-hours LGBT+ bar Heaven, before a stroll around Sefton Park.
On Instagram Alicia shared a series of pictures from posing in front of the famous waterfront Beatles statue to shopping on Lark Lane. She said: “I love Liverpool. What a treat to catch up with my dear pal Oliver James Broughton in this super cool city last week. Maray at the docks was so yum… such a vibe. The team was effortlessly arty and comfy in their skin.
“Then The Glue… the moustache men behind it all were very cool. Quick natural wine and bites at Nord, then Heaven… supposedly a gay bar, but I’m pretty sure we were the gayest ones there.”
Sharing her plans from the following day, Alicia added: “My first traditional roast, veggie of course, at Belzan. Carrots, parsnips, potatoes… all so good. I don’t even usually like parsnips!
“Wandered Lark Lane, Sefton Park, past the cathedral and down Bold Street… then back to Ireland for #IrishBlood Season 2. It’s the Liverpudlians… grounded, stylish, quietly cool and kind.”
Fans couldn’t believe how much Alicia had embraced Liverpool on her short trip. One comment said: “Sorry, you mean to tell me our girl, our queen, Cher was just two miles down the road at the Royal Albert Dock, casual class of wine and a stroll to the Pier Head, and we missed you!”
