Attention, fellow musical-theater nerds: Broadway’s biggest night is here. The 2026 Tony Awards red carpet is underway, and we’re ranking all the best, worst, and weirdest looks of the evening. This year’s ceremony — taking place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City — is special because Grammy-winning singer and semi-professional aerial acrobat P!nk is hosting. Maybe she’ll do a flip on the red carpet?
You can expect to see tonight’s performers, including Rachel Zegler, Leslie Odom Jr., Queen Latifah, and Lea Michele, on the red carpet, plus more big stars, including Megan Thee Stallion, Aubrey Plaza, Kristin Chenoweth, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Rose Byrne. Keep scrolling to see all their looks.

The fashion on this red carpet has been bleak as hell so far. Thank God William McKinley High’s brightest shining star came to save the day.

I want to see her in something else at this point — the drop-waist midis are becoming repetitive — but there’s no denying the fact that she looks adorable. The color scheme feels fresh and playful.

Mother alert.

Oh! I have nothing appropriate to say about this.

Another mother-quake has hit the Tony Awards red carpet.

I love when hot people date, etc.

Whoever told Kara Young to wear this particular shade of green and pair it with a deep-plum shade of lipstick deserves a raise.

Her glam is perfect, which more than makes up for the ruffles on the skirt. I also appreciate the silhouette of the corset.

My only complaint is that they clearly didn’t talk about their looks before leaving the house.

The undone hair makes this look feel too safe, but it’s not bad by any means.

Drew Barrymore being a Balenciaga girl tonight is a pleasant surprise!

Whitney Leavitt’s career trajectory needs to be studied — she really went from doing TikTok dances in a Utah hospital room to earning a spot on the Tony Awards best-dressed list.

Even though the accessories aren’t quite right, Ella Beatty is a vision in this simple and sleek white dress.

A dramatic silhouette at the Tonys feels appropriate. The fit is great, and I’m a big fan of the structured shoulders.

We have to applaud Usher’s commitment to the look. I mean, wearing leather on leather in June is insane. And he’s so real for accessorizing with a drink.

We can always count on Jordan Roth to bring serious fashion to the red carpet, and tonight is no exception. The actor chose a hauntingly beautiful look from the Maison Margiela fall 2025 couture collection.

This dress is somehow fluid and fitted at the same time, and it’s even better from the side. The cap sleeves are cool and unexpected.

Pretty! Boring, but pretty.

Wearing a feather train, feather earrings, and a feather hair accessory at the same time should be illegal.

The center seam is perplexing.

Oof. It’s a mess from head to toe.

Can someone please release Bronwyn Newport from the shackles of tulle?

More bad tulle. It’s way too Disney princess for the Tonys red carpet.

Paging Karlie Kloss: This is how you do camp. Ten out of ten. No notes.

Let this be a lesson in wearing head-to-toe black on the red carpet; it works best when the look includes interesting textures and accessories.

Excellent use of free will.

A pink suit is bold; a two-toned pink suit is jarring.

This is very Dracula, but make it black-tie. It’s so theater-kid-coded; I love it.
