    The Prince William Chamber of Commerce has announced details for its 2026 Scholarship Awards, highlighting a valuable member benefit that supports education, workforce readiness, and career advancement across the region.

    The scholarship program is an exclusive benefit of Prince William Chamber membership. Eligibility extends to Chamber members, their employees, and their children, reinforcing the Chamber’s commitment to investing not only in businesses, but in the people behind them.

    The application deadline for the 2026 scholarship awards is Feb. 6, 2026. Scholarship recipients will be formally recognized during an awards ceremony on April 14, 2026.

    Five Scholarship Categories Supporting Real-World PathwaysThe Prince William Chamber’s scholarship program is intentionally structured to reflect the many ways individuals pursue education and careers. For 2026, scholarships will be awarded across five distinct categories, each aligned with practical career and educational outcomes.

    Workforce and Development Certification
    This category supports individuals pursuing credible courses and certifications that prepare them for direct entry into a career path and meet current workforce needs.

    Higher Education
    Designed for students entering a two-year or four-year degree program at an institution of higher education.

    Military and Public Service
    Available to applicants who are currently serving in the military, are veterans, have immediate family members in military service, or are part of public safety families and planning to enter those fields.

    Adult Education
    Focused on individuals who have come through alternative educational pathways, including re-entry programs or adult career and online training opportunities.

    Entrepreneurship
    Supports applicants pursuing coursework or certificate programs intended to launch or grow a business.
