Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and ex-husband Joe Giudice, was arrested last month and charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
According to a Thursday, June 11, report by The U.S. Sun, a police source claimed the University of Tampa college student was arrested by Montville Township Police on May 14 after an incident that took place around 6:12 p.m.
A court spokesperson told the publication that the case was classified under domestic violence.
It is unclear as to who else was involved in the alleged incident.

Teresa and Joe — who both served prison time for fraud — also share daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16. All four of their daughters have appeared on the Bravo reality series.
Earlier this week, Milania shared photos to Instagram featuring herself in a bikini on a boat in the water, captioning the post: “the best days🛥️🩵.”
She also recently posted photos to Instagram from the conclusion of her sophomore year, writing, “Thank you @uoftampa and Tampa for the best sophomore year❤️🖤❤️🖤missing it all already.”
In the comments section of her post, her mother wrote, “Love youuuu.”
