The University of Colorado Boulder has released a seven-minute teaser trailer for its 150th anniversary documentary, offering a first look at the university’s feature-length film ahead of its January 2027 premiere.
The documentary will feature students, faculty, staff and alumni while exploring CU Boulder’s history, challenges and impact throughout its 150 year history. The full 150th documentary feature release is anticipated in early 2027, with a premiere to be announced, followed by additional distribution to CU Boulder and public audiences. The production team used artificial intelligence in part of the teaser and plans to continue using AI for certain sequences in the feature-length version. Related Articles
