Keep your eyes open at Dallas and Fort Worth restaurants as celebrities visit Texas during the FIFA World Cup.
Supermodel Brooke Shields visited Al Biernat’s, the Oak Lawn Avenue steakhouse in Dallas, on June 15, 2026. She sat in the back room, in the same secluded area where Tom Brady twice visited before Dallas Cowboys games.
“Nobody knew she was there,” general manager Brad Fuller wrote in an email.

His restaurant is ready for tourists seeking steak in Dallas. He temporarily named the patio Al’s Fieldhouse, adding TVs, turf and a tent to keep out the Texas heat.
Fine-art photographer David Yarrow also dined this week at Al Biernat’s.
The restaurant planned to host the Dutch Orange Bus on June 15, 2026, but the bus canceled.
“You get calls, and then plans change,” Fuller wrote. “I remember that from Super Bowl and the NBA All Star Weekend, among others over the years. You go with the flow.”
Al Biernat’s has hosted other FIFA-related VIPs this week, including Victor Montagliani, president of CONCACAF, and David Dein, former co-owner of Arsenal FC.
(It makes us ask: Has anyone seen David Beckham or Lionel Messi in Dallas yet?)
Steakhouse owners in Dallas have told The Dallas Morning News they’re leaving reservations open for celebrities who want a seat.
“You either buy into what comes to Dallas, or you don’t. My uncle always taught me to go all in,” Fuller said. His “Uncle Al” is the restaurant namesake who died of ALS in 2024.
In the north-of-Dallas suburbs, Hutchins posted on Instagram that the Sweden Men’s National Soccer Team ate Texas barbecue this week.

Taylor Sheridan: chef? The ‘Yellowstone’ co-creator visited his own private club in Fort Worth for a members-only dinner as World Cup tourists descended on D-FW. (Chase Hall)
Over in Fort Worth, Yellowstone and Landman celeb Taylor Sheridan, whom we have called “the TV king of North Texas,” worked in the kitchen at Cattlemen’s Club on June 11, 2026. Sheridan recently bought the historic Cattlemen’s Steak House and opened a private club in the basement.
A rep wouldn’t say how much it cost for dinner and a Bordeaux wine tasting hosted by a cowboy-hat-wearing Sheridan.
