New Yorkers have flooded the streets of Manhattan to celebrate the Knicks’ win – and unsurprisingly, the team’s many famous fans were among them.

    Celebrities including Timothée Chalamet, Ben Stiller and Mariska Hargitay joined the huge crowd of thousands to join the championship team’s festivities after winning the NBA for the first time in 53 years.

    Kylie Jenner’s BFF Jordyn Woods was at City Hall supporting her fiance, Knicks player Karl-Anthony Towns.

    Of course, she brought along the accessory that fans had speculated played a huge part in getting them there – her lucky orange bag.

    During the season, the team and supporters realised that each time Woods wore the bag they’d win, so it quickly became a game-day ritual.

    After being snapped courtside with Taylor Swift and the Haim sisters in their punny t-shirts, SVU star Mariska Hargitay and her 19-year-old son August Hermann embraced the look once again for the parade.

    While hers celebrated the win, Hermann showed his mum some love.

    His t-shirt was was emblazoned “Maknickska Hargitay”.

    Hey, it’s a bit more of a stretch than Swift’s “Stevie Knicks” shirt but we love a supportive son!

    These two are such big Knicks’ fans that they wore the team colours to the Met Gala this year, so of course they were front and centre to celebrate the win.

    Ben Stiller was giving proud dad throughout, filming the parade as if he was Amy Poehler as Regina George’s mum in Mean Girls, while Christine Taylor’s “this is really happening” sign showed she was still in a bit of disbelief.

    Swift and the Haim sisters have done wonders for the world of puns.

    Herself a New York icon, Martha Stewart, pictured here with Knicks player Jalen Brunson, embraced the punny t-shirt trend with hers reading “in the Knick of time”.

    Timothée Chalamet was living his Knicks-fan dreams at the parade, riding in a flat alongside former players and icons of the franchise.

    He even took to the mic to get the crowd (even more) hyped, yelling “let’s go Knicks” as his float made its way past.

    She wrote an anthem about the city so it made perfect sense for Alicia Keys to perform for the players once they arrived at New York’s City Hall.

    In some very glam, all-black fan gear, of course.

    The Knicks really brought everyone together – leading to a surprise Sopranos reunion!

    Edie Falco reunited with co-star Steve Schirripa at the parade, 19 years after the show ended.

    Rapper Fat Joe was a regular at this season’s games and for the parade, had the honour of putting together a float absolutely chocka with local hip-hop royalty.

    Among them were the Wu-Tang Clan, Ja Rule and yep, the queen Mary J. Blige herself.

    Spike Lee made his parade debut for his beloved team. Yes, that’s right, the Oscar winner told media he had never been to a parade before this.

    We think he’s pretty happy this is his first!
