The Middle-Earth 6-film Collection is one of them and currently down to $94.49, saving you $35.50 off the original sticker price of $129.99. In it you’ll get all three The Lord of the Rings movies and all three The Hobbit movies. But as an additional bonus, you’ll have access to each film’s theatrical and extended versions, but we all know watching the extended versions is really the correct way to experience both trilogies.

The massive box set comes with 30 4K Blu-ray discs (yes, 30) that includes all six films, their theatrical and extended versions, filmmaker commentaries, and a host of special features and behind-the-scenes extras. If you want to watch the extended versions, they came as two-disc sets, so you’ll have to swap discs in the middle of viewing. It’s not the most convenient way to watch, but if you prefer not to stream these versions, it’s a quick and easy trade off. The box itself is one convenient slipcase packaging, making it easy to display on a shelf with the rest of your 4K collection.
