🍿Movie: High School Musical:
The story follows Troy Bolton (the star athlete) and Gabriella Montez (the shy “brainiac”), who meet and sing karaoke together while on vacation. When Gabriella transfers to Troy’s school, East High, they both decide to audition for the upcoming school musical.
Their decision creates a massive rift in the school’s social hierarchy, as their respective friend groups—the Jocks and the Brainiacs—believe they should “stick to the status quo.” Meanwhile, the school’s resident drama stars, twins Sharpay and Ryan Evans, do everything in their power to sabotage the newcomers and keep the lead roles for themselves.
