Adam Driver is staying put in Brooklyn Heights — just moving up in the world.
The Oscar-nominated “Marriage Story” star has quietly listed his combined three-bedroom condo at 20 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights for just under $5 million, The Post has learned.
The move comes just days after Driver shelled out $11.5 million for three units on the sixth floor of The Standish, the ultra-exclusive Columbia Heights building that is fast becoming the borough’s most glamorous address.

Driver originally assembled the 20 Henry Street home over several years, scooping up the first unit in 2014 and a second in 2017 before knocking down the walls between them.
Property records show the trust tied to the actor paid a combined $4.24 million for both units. He now seeks $5 million for the 2,681-square-foot result of that renovation.
The home, housed in a converted 1892 candy factory, was redesigned by Elizabeth Roberts Architects into a loft-style residence featuring soaring ceilings, oversized arched windows, original timber columns and beams, and custom glass-and-steel partitions.
Warm teak paneling, bespoke millwork and motorized shades round out the finishes.
The six-room layout includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a dedicated study. The building has a doorman, fitness center and cold storage.
Carl Gambino of Compass holds the listing. A representative for the broker declined to comment.

At the Standish, Driver’s three sixth-floor units span 3,500 square feet and set him back more than $3,200 per square foot — among the priciest sales ever recorded in the borough on a per-square-foot basis.
The seller was Mark Van Zandt, a managing director at asset manager King Street’s real estate division, and his wife Lindsay.
The couple had assembled the trio of apartments between 2017 and 2025, paying $4 million for the three-bedroom Unit 6B, $1.2 million for the one-bedroom Unit 6A in 2021, and $1 million for Unit 601 last year.
Driver’s identity was shielded by a trust in the deal, which was first reported by The Real Deal.
The Standish has attracted a notable roster of celebrity buyers in recent years.

Matt Damon set a then-Brooklyn record in 2017 when he paid $16.8 million for the building’s 6,200-square-foot penthouse. Two years later, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt joined him, paying $11 million for two units that together comprise an entire floor.
Driver has steadily built one of Hollywood’s most respected careers since his early days on Lena Dunham’s HBO series “Girls” launched him into the mainstream.
He went on to play villain Kylo Ren in the 2015 “Star Wars” installment “The Force Awakens” before earning back-to-back Oscar nominations — first for his supporting turn in Spike Lee’s 2018 film “BlacKkKlansman,” then for his leading role in Noah Baumbach’s 2019 drama “Marriage Story.”
The new condo sits steps from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park, with easy access to Lower Manhattan.
