A new report is shedding light on the chaotic scene that led to Milania Giudice‘s arrest in May.

The 20-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband Joe Giudice was ‘acting erratically’ before officers arrested her on May 14, according to Page Six.

Milania, a University of Tampa student, allegedly threw food and candles during the incident. Her sister, Gabriella Giudice, called police, the outlet reported. No injuries were listed, and no weapons were reported.

As In Touch previously reported, Milania was charged with one count of simple assault after the alleged incident in May. She was expected in court on May 19, though no plea was entered, according to the US Sun.

Milania has not stepped back from social media since the news of her arrest went public and she addressed the incident on Monday, June 29, in a TikTok video. “It is what it is, [expletive] happens in life and you gotta learn from it,” she said. “Just become a better person and talk about it.”

Milania also claimed she was struggling at the time of the incident. “That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me,” she said. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”

The reality star also pushed back at a fake mugshot circulating online, calling it AI-generated. “I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of,” she said. Her mugshot has not been publicly released.

Teresa, 54, shares four daughters with Joe — Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, Milania, and Audriana, 16. Teresa and Joe were married from 1999 until their divorce was finalized in 2020. Teresa married Luis Ruelas in 2022.

For now, Milania’s case remains ongoing.
