Prince Harry is reportedly set to stay at Buckingham Palace as part of his visit to the UK this week.
The Duke of Sussex is understood to stay on both royal estate and private accommodation during his stay.
A spokesperson for Prince Harry confirmed to the BBC that he had formally accepted an invitation from the royal family to stay at Buckingham Palace for part of his visit.
The duke will no longer be accompanied by Meghan or his children when he arrives in the capital on Monday after his request for police protection was denied.
It is understood that no decision has been made on whether they will join him for the rest of his five-day trip.
The family’s planned visit would have been the first time they had been in the UK since Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.
