Nicki Minaj was spotted at a White House event on Monday.

On July 6, Minaj, 43, appeared at the White House to attend a Rose Garden Club Lunch. President Trump spoke at the event, with Minaj appearing to listen intently. The rapper was seen wearing an all-pink ensemble, calling to mind her signature “Barbz.” She wore large, shiny earrings and lengthy, sparkling fingernails.

Minaj has cozied up with Trump in recent years, frequently taking to social media to share her political opinions. The Rose Garden Club Lunch follows Minaj praising Elon Musk on X, where she wrote that he “sav[ed] free speech.”

The musician is no stranger to the color pink, having named her debut studio album “Pink Friday.” Her 2014 album, too, featured pink, bearing the name “The Pinkprint,” while her 2023 release, “Pink Friday,” called back to her debut.

Minaj’s attendance at the Rose Garden Club lunch was deemed “embarrassing” by one user on X. Another countered the statement, writing “Ngl I’m loving the MAGA era.” Other fans showed support, with one commenting: “They way I STOOD UP! SERVING PINK IN THE WHITE HOUSE” and another remarking, “f—ing gorgeous.”

“Queen of the White House in that Versace Barbie slay! The pink look is everything and you’re glowing, mother,” added another.

Minaj once took aim at Trump, denouncing his immigration policies. Minaj herself immigrated from Trinidad and Tobago.

“I came to this country as an illegal immigrant @ 5 years old,” she posted to social media in 2018, “I can’t imagine the horror of being in a strange place & having my parents stripped away from me at the age of 5.”

“This is so scary to me. Please stop this. Can you try to imagine the terror & panic these kids feel right now? Not knowing if their parents are dead or alive, if they’ll ever see them again,” she added in response to a photo of an immigration detention center.

She has since deleted the post.
