The 2026 World Cup is finally over, putting an end to weeks of early wake-ups (for Aussies, at least), Erling Haaland memes and celebrity-spotting.
As to be expected, the final between Spain and Argentina drew a star-studded crowd, with everyone from movie stars to royals in the stadium – and there were plenty of stylish looks to be found.

Let’s start with an Aussie, shall we?
Aussie actress Pia Whitesell threw her support behind Spain with plenty of merch.
Unsurprisingly, football jerseys were a popular choice for the final, and it’s been interesting to see the styling choices.

For her part, Whitesell tucked her shirt up for a midriff-baring look, teaming it with jeans, a cap and scarf.
Matt Damon’s wife Luciana took a similar approach to styling her Argentina jersey, cropping it over white jeans, with a scarf and bucket hat for good measure.
After years spent in football stadiums, it’s no surprise Victoria Beckham has her game-day aesthetic down to an art.
For the final, the former Spice Girl opted for a simple, chic all-white look, teaming a key-hole tank top with white jeans and a brown belt for contrast.

Model Winnie Harlow also kept things light and bright, wearing a white tee with cream jeans.
The neutral palette allowed her statement gold jewellery and belt – featuring whimsical oversized pendants and pearls – the chance to shine.

This might not be her ‘spectator’ outfit, but we have to thank Shakira for bringing a pop of colour to the stadium with her bedazzled half-time show outfit.
She wasn’t the only one opting for a brighter aesthetic.
Hoyeon was a vision in pink as she brought the World Cup trophy onto the field in its Louis Vuitton trunk, with tennis star Carlos Alcaraz sharing the task.

The South Korean model and actress’ colourful dress looked like it had been piped onto her body in squiggles with the aid of a cake icing bag.
Elsewhere, snowboarder Lindsay Vonn eschewed the ‘jeans and a nice top’ formula for ‘fun pants and a top’.
The Olympian teamed a pair of colourful floral trousers with a red polo.
If there was a World Cup for best couple-dressing moment, we nominate Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade.
The actress and the former NBA star did his-’n-hers denim in style.
Union wore a chic matching set comprising wide-leg cropped jeans and a funnel-neck zip-up top and Wade threw a black tank over classic blue jeans.

White sneakers finished it all off.
We also have to award some points to Spain’s royal family, who took the matching concept a step further as a quartet.
King Felipe, Queen Letizia and their two daughters, Princess Leonor and Princess Sofia, did patriotism in style with splashes of white and red in their outfits.
