Desperate for money, he agreed to appear in a low-budget adult film. He was paid $200 for two days of work.
Years later, Stallone explained that he had been in an impossible situation and needed the money simply to get off the streets.

Oprah Winfrey spent the first years of her life in rural Mississippi.
Her family was so poor that, as a child, she sometimes wore dresses made from potato sacks.
However, poverty was far from her only struggle. Winfrey has spoken publicly about being sexually abused by relatives and family acquaintances beginning at the age of nine. At 14, she gave birth to a premature baby boy, who died shortly after birth.
After moving in with her father, Oprah focused on her education before beginning a career in radio and television.
Her life story has become one of the world’s best-known examples of overcoming severe childhood trauma and building a global media empire.

Marshall Bruce Mathers III, better known as Eminem, grew up without his father, who left the family when he was very young.

At 17, he dropped out of school and worked low-paying jobs while writing lyrics and competing in rap battles.
He also faced the challenge of breaking into a music scene where white rappers were often dismissed and not taken seriously.
His persistence and distinctive style eventually made Eminem one of the most successful artists of his generation.
