A man who travelled to Romania to help grieving children on behalf of a local charity has said it was a privilege to help those in need.
Trustee Dave Bisson went to Romania with Mustard Seed Jersey to aid the Association of Changed Lives charity which hosted a week-long camp of activities in the Oradea area for grieving children – many of whom had lost a parent.
Mustard Seed Jersey said it had been helping people in Romania, through funding and donations, since it was set up in 1998.
“It was a wonderful experience seeing the children who come from such backgrounds enjoying themselves,” said Bisson.
