She highlighted what she described as his avoidance of several white foods, connecting his routine to clean eating, exercise and meditation.”Rajinikanth stays fit by avoiding 5 whites — salt, sugar, maida, milk and curd. So, weight gain is guaranteed.”On white rice, she stressed the importance of moderation: “If you combine this (white rice) with vegetables and take it in a moderate quantity, it’s definitely okay. Otherwise, your weight will increase at a jet speed.”She also touched on dairy consumption, adding, “They are a very good source of calcium and protein. But, after 40, when your metabolism slows down, consuming more of these can lead to bloating and weight retention.”
