Olivia Dunne and Olivia Ponton just tried to recreate one of the most recognizable runs in television history, and apparently there’s a technique to getting it right.

The two took on the famous “Baywatch” slow-motion run made iconic by Pamela Anderson, with Dunne giving Ponton some pointers before they put their own version to the test. Then it was time to run.

With the beach as their backdrop, Dunne and Ponton went full “Baywatch,” running toward the camera in slow motion before laughing off their attempt.

Pamela Anderson turned the run into a pop-culture phenomenon decades ago.

Now Dunne and Ponton are finding out that making slow motion look effortless might actually require a little practice.
