Harriet Cowan from Derbyshire was a new addition to the cast in the latest season, which was released on Prime Video across May and June last year.
The 25-year-old temporarily stood in for long-time fan favourite Kaleb Cooper as he toured, helping Mr Clarkson at the farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire.
She left midway through the series once her help was no longer needed, but became popular with viewers despite her short time on screen.

Now, DerbyshireLive reports that Ms Cowan has made a “sad admission” about the reality of farming and quitting her career in nursing.
She told Closer Magazine: “Being a farmer can be quite lonely, so catching up with friends is important. Most of the time at work, I’m on my own on the tractor for around 12 hours.
“It does get lonely, so I speak to my friends who are in the same situation.”
Speaking on how Clarkson’s Farm impacted her nursing career, which she has now departed, she opened up on how the attention became overwhelming.

Ms Cowan explained: “I was being recognised by patients, and you’ve got to be professional [as a] nurse.
“You could be [at someone’s house] for a really serious reason, and someone says ‘I saw you on the telly’, making it hard to be professional.
“I was starting to get deals coming in. I couldn’t take any more annual leave, and I was turning down crazy, big opportunities. I was like, this isn’t working anymore.”
