      The funniest thing is that the yellow dress is actually the most on theme dress and saw a lot of fashion influencers recommending this dress only for it to be so poorly executed.
      It was beautiful on the runway, the lights were dimmed, there was a light in the box and an actual butterfly 🦋 flying around. I don’t know how it all went so epicly wrong

      I think the blueish dresses were drawing from the description of the flowers from the story! They were described as being blueish and having similarities with Diamond!

      okay but in all seriousness, i personally think every look besides the first one was pretty on point compared to other met gala years. also i’m no fashion expert either so i can see the irony in this post lol

      You said 'not on the theme' but you did not know the theme ? To quote: The 2024 Met Gala celebrated the Costume Institute’s new exhibition, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” and the official dress code was “The Garden of Time.” So 'time capsule' is on theme. Rachel's dress was a 'reawakening' of a 'Marilyn Monroe' dress.
