STORYLINE:
Eva Green, Lily Gladstone, Eva Longoria and more stars were in attendance at Chopard Trophy dinner in Cannes on Friday night.
Actress Demi Moore was honoured as Godmother of the event that celebrates the new generation of actors. This year’s winner of Chopard’s Big Screen Rising Star Trophy were actors Sophia Wilde and Mike Faist.
“It’s just been the most insane year of my life. And it just feels so beautiful to be here at Cannes and to have been in Berlin this time last year. It’s just insane,” said Wilde about the last few months.
Actor Kevin Costner also walked the carpet and revealed that while he enjoys attending events like this, writing is what he looks forward to.
“I really enjoy making movies, and I love an event like this. On the other hand, it’s not what I live for. I really like writing, I like, you know, kind of working quietly,” said Costner.
