Since the typical HW friendship has to do with what you can do for each other I can see why Kim is running away. Meghan would have so much to gain by being friends. However what does Kim get from this relationship? Nothing! She gets a woman who is persona non grata in HW who is very difficulty to deal with! Kim is having some problems of her own. The last thing she needs is to get Markled and she knows it!
