JonasCon 2025 at American Dream: Watch band celebrate 20 years

Twenty years later, the Jonas Brothers can still pack a Jersey venue.
JonasCon, a celebration of all things Jonas, took over American Dream mall on March 23, with the Jonas Brothers, their brother Franklin, All-American Rejects and other acts playing multiple sets and Jonas-themed activities, food and photo booths located throughout the mall.
JonasCon was a celebration of the band’s now-20-year run; the trio started in Wyckoff and played the Stone Pony in Asbury Park in 2005 as an ascending act.

Thousands of Jonas Brothers fans descended upon American Dream to experience a variety of attractions set up in celebration of the band. Many packed into the SkyStage and Jonas Beach venues within the mall for day and evening Jonas Brothers performances and solo projects from the brothers, as well as performances by All-American Rejects, younger brother Franklin Jonas, Jey Shetty and a “Chicks in the Office” podcast taping.
The attractions included Jonas Golf, in which the Angry Birds mini-golf course at the mall got a Jonas Brothers makeover with hole names pulled from the Jonas zeitgeist and staffers wearing The Masters-style caddy jumpsuits with “Jonas” on the back.
The Jonas-fied activities also included G.I. Jonas laser tag and a Jonas escape room. At Camp Rock BBQ and Camp Star Bar, guests sang Jonas karaoke, often exhorting their fellow fans to sing along.
There was also Jonas-influenced food. The mall’s Best Pizza stall turned into Jonas Pizza for a day, with special branded boxes for the pizza. Mrs. Fields sold “Jonas Cookies,” and Yard House, Shake by the Ocean and Around the Clock all had Jonas-themed menu items.
Attendees also took advantage of numerous opportunities to pose in front of Jonas-themed photo booths and installations: a red tour van that guests signed, a “periodic table” of Jonas songs and memes, a large mural of Jonas photos from over the years and more.
Jonas Brothers announce 2025 Tour
The brothers announced on stage that their 20th anniversary tour will kick off here in New Jersey. They’ll open their tour on August 10 at MetLife Stadium. Tickets go on sale March 27.
