      Bryan Freedman needs to up his game. How is it that he wasn't aware of this subpeona? BL lawyers are very good and they are using laws and loopholes in it to their utmost advantage. Bryan is good at PR but legally he really needs to step up. I am getting a bit worried now. It does not look good that he wasn't aware about a subpeona at all.

      I used to hold TIME Magazine in high esteem coming from a developed country in Africa but not any more. Anyway it won’t matter to them because losing one customer living in Zambia is nothing to them.
      I hate injustice in all forms. I pray that Justin Baldoni gets his justice. Women are putting us to shame we should be better because we are naturally mothering (as per my culture…sorry)

      Maybe the subpoena wasn't unlawful then, but what's unlawful was to edit the messages… this only tells me that plantation princess planned it all from the beginning, now if you asked me the publicist that claimed she got subpoena for the texts… how did Blake knew that she had Jen ables phone… that woman was in on it!! The subpoena should have been sent to Jen able no the publidzilla that stole Jen ables phone! imo, this is far beyond shady! Disgusting people! Poor Justin, I'm sad for him for believing in those snakes. I read all the messages, and he seems like a genuinely kind and respectful man.

      Lively, Reynolds & Twohy ought to be jailed for maybe 5 to 10 years. The Doe "subpoena" is dated 27Sept2025. Freedman ought to find out if it was ever filed in the first place because that would be another violation. Their case reeks of malice

      It must be gradually dawning on the Reynolds, that in their vicious effort to attack the character of a man, destroy his professional reputation and his family, knowing it would cause a great deal of pain to his wife and children, in turn, they are hurting themselves.
      Wouldn't be surprised if RR & BL end in divorce.
      They have now caused pain to their own offspring who will have to live with their parents' reputation forever

      They thought they were being so clever when they did this…
      “Oh we’ve crossed all our T’s and dotted our I’s by getting this perceived damaging info LEGALLY! We really are so smart because if anyone tries to come after us for the evidence provided to the Times’ for the exposé we can prove we obtained it LEGALLY!!”
      But being cocky isn’t clever. This is abuse of the legal system.

      So many questions.
      Can the lawyers be reported to the ethics committee for crossing ethical boundaries?
      When are BL and RR going to jail?
      Can the lawyers involved on the BL and RR sides lose their bar card?
      Just because it appears legal is it ethical?
      Because what they are saying is they can use the system to violate people's privacy Hollywood or not.
      Will California change its laws when this is all said and done?
      Did NY Times tell BL that they couldn't publish the info without some legal documentation hence the fake lawsuit?

      Goes to show how lazy and biased NYT reporters are. Did they not ask how the texts were legally obtained? They didn’t lift a finger to investigate the claims. They bought it hook line and sinker. I will never support NYT. The judge dismissing their case is so dumb, a missed opp for holding mainstream media accountable for sh*tty reporting.
