Another site just explained that the letters were stricken because it was not a NY jurisdictional matter. It had nothing to do with the truth contained in the letters. Freeman’s letters should have been filed in the DC court under Judge Leon where the subpoena is filed.

It’s not a win or loss. Venable is in DC, under a different judge which is why judge Liman kicked it out. It will circle back to Liman once they have the info from the subpoena.

We all have to remember the Bryan Freedman is a top notch lawyer, he knows exactly what he’s doing. He will not release a sworn affidavit if he doesn’t have any evidence. He knew exactly that Judge Liman will strike his letter under the New York docket because Liman has no jurisdiction over DC matter (which is what Freedman’s subpoena is about for Venable). Freedman wanted this out in public so he can expose Blake and Ryan for their shady tactics. Bryan already put Judge Liman on notice re the Sham Subpoena to obtain Jen Abel’s text messages, now he also exposed that Blake & Ryan are extortionist, this is essential to the case. All will be use during the trial.
Perez No. Travis is not the source nor is her family. This is a very delicate and legally sensitive matter. The whole interaction with Freedman would have been planned by her excellent team. I think the source could be another lawyer, Tree Paine or another senior member of her team. Taylor won't even take Travis to the red carpet. I don't think she will let him near her critical legal negotiations. I think the Super bowl was mentioned to inform the public of the chronology.
The timing of her threats, goes back to September/October, the same time of the fake lawsuit.

Side note…. It’s insanely childish for a 36 year old grown ass woman with a whole husband and 4 children to threaten to release a decade’s worth of private texts from another whole grown ass woman who she once claimed to be her best friend – the literal god mother of her children. I don’t care how much I dislike someone or whether I had a terrible falling out with a person I once considered a friend, I would never ever do something like that and threaten to expose secrets she told me in confidence during said friendship. It’s disgusting, petty, and juvenile. Even if Blake wasn’t actually going to do it, the threat alone is gross.

I kind of get it, I think because he didn't have the evidence yet, that is why the judge wasn't happy with him making these bold claims without the proof yet and just his word. It will all come out in discovery because they'll get to go dig into everything and find out all of this stuff. Freedman wanted to make a big, bold move early on. Only a good lawyer could do this. He just didn't have the proof, not the best move but if he is telling the truth, he figures he can take the risk. I'm sure he's ok. You got this Freedman, just focus and keep swinging. Only come to this with the facts like you've been doing, maybe after you've established that you're not a lying and fabricator of the truth, the judge will let you try riskier things in the future 🙂
