Charlize Theron Injured Filming Stunts
Charles Therone is recovering after suffering a painful onset injury while filming her new action movie Apex. The acclaimed actress revealed she sustained the injury doing dangerous stunt work without protective equipment like a harness. “It’s actually a miracle that I’m here today,” Theren stated, detailing the risks involved in her physically demanding role. She mentioned finishing the film only recently and currently has a fractured toe hidden in her boot among other lingering effects. Despite the physical toll, Theren described shooting Apex as an incredible experience, believing the action surpassed even her previous intense projects like Old Guard 2. She humorously noted she almost died doing stunts. Apex is described as a film about a woman trying to rediscover herself while being hunted. Charlie’s Throne isn’t the only star recently injured.
