A blossoming Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky had a romantic moment standing under an umbrella in the rain at the Cannes Film Festival on Monday.
The Umbrella singer, 37, who recently announced she was expecting her third child at the Met Gala, was supporting her partner at the premiere of his new movie Highest 2 Lowest.
The couple appeared to channel the iconic picture of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in the rain as the Sussexes stepped in one of their final outings as working royals in 2020.

Rihanna wore a blue dress in a similar shade to Meghan’s and A$AP Rocky chivalrously held the umbrella over her head, protecting her from the rain.
The parents-to-be, who already share two boys, RZA, aged two, and Riot, aged 21 months, looked loved up as ever as they kissed on the red carpet and he lovingly put his arms around her bump.

However, fans couldn’t help but wonder if the singer, who is known for her statement maternity style, was sending a message with her dress.

Rihanna wore a blue halter-neck dress with cut-outs that showed off her growing baby bump which had people wondering if the colour was a clue to the gender of the third baby.

The couple haven’t yet announced the gender of their third child, with A$AP Rocky confirming their pregnancy to the Associated Press, saying: ‘It feels amazing, you know.
‘It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up.’
We guess we will just have to wait another few months to find out the gender!
