First of all, I mean, how thrilling. First time nominee. This year has been amazing. How do you feel? I feel amazing. This is This is my first time. I’ve been telling everybody this is my first time at the AMAs, but um I did not Yeah, I didn’t know until this morning that there were more than one nomination. So, I’m just stoked. I’m happy to be here. Happy to be a part of it. Excited to see what Taylor Swift announces. And uh here to have fun. I mean, what has this last year been like for you? because you just had such a big moment one after the other. It’s been a crazy year. It’s it’s hard to try and keep up with everything and feel like I’m on top of it. Um just a lot coming and going very quickly. Um and it’s a little overwhelming at times, but at the same time like I’m just trying my best. I’m just trying to trying to do what I love and trying to do it in a way that makes me happy. And I got a lot of people um on my team that support me and I have a family that supports me and that’s all you can really ask for. So, I’m just doing my best out here. And you got the new album. June’s a huge month for you. June is a big month. Yeah, I’m really excited. I’m I’m very The anticipation for this album is like kind of eating at me a little bit. Um I’m really really excited for it, though. What can fans expect most from American Heart, your new album? Um a lot of different sounds for me. Uh it’s not I mean, similarly to the last album, like there’s not one particular vibe of the whole album. Everything has a different meaning. it’s about something else and it’s all um having to do with things I’ve gone through and things I grew up going through and things I I just I want people to be able to relate to and I I hope they can. So I’m hoping people just connect with it. Listen, we got to ask people spotted you having lunch with Tom Holland the other day. How did you develop this friendship with Spider-Man? Just uh you know just word of mouth and it and it got around. It’s it’s Yeah, he’s he’s a great great human being. So, if he and Zenaia ask you to see the wedding, what’s the answer? Uh, immediate yes. Of course. Of course. I’m not going to pass that up. [Music]
