While neither Prince Harry or Meghan have shared any pictures from the retreat, the Duchess did post a heartfelt pinboard full of images of their family over the years, captioning the post, “Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories. Thanks to all of you (whether by our side, or from afar) who have loved and supported us throughout our love story – we appreciate you. Happy anniversary!”
Meanwhile, the royal also recently made an appearance on the final episode of the first season of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, where she chatted with Spanx founder Sara Blakely on finding a healthy balance between launching her lifestyle brand, As Ever, while also raising her two kids.
“People forget that Lili is 3 and Archie’s [6]. So you look at the past five, six years of my life, it’s with being pregnant or with a newborn or with a toddler and then another one,” she told Blakely.
