Meghan Markle seems to be teaming up with Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles, for a surprise podcast episode, as the former Suits star shared the news with her listeners on social media

It seems Meghan Markle is teaming up with Beyoncé’s mom Tina Knowles for a surprise podcast episode.
The 43-year-old Suits star is closing out the season of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, with a major surprise. It will include an exclusive bonus episode seemingly featuring the iconic fashion designer, 71. Lemonada Media, the company behind the podcast, revealed the unexpected addition after originally wrapping up the first season.
In a statement, they shared, “We received a call that we couldn’t ignore” from “one of the most influential and inspiring matriarchs in culture today.” Meghan herself teased the upcoming episode in a promotional clip, saying, “Next week, we’ve got one more very special interview for you. A bonus episode. Because when a matriarch calls, and when this matriarch calls, oh, you answer.”

In a sneak peek of the conversation, a voice which seemed to be Tina discussed her fierce dedication to her famous family, which includes Beyoncé, Solange and her four grandchildren.

“I tell them every day, since they were little girls, ‘You belong anywhere you choose to be,'” she shared in the interview. The episode would tie into Knowles’ new memoir, Matriarch. Originally meant to focus on her career designing costumes for Destiny’s Child, the memoir takes a look at her life as a mother, creator and woman in the spotlight.
After listening to Meghan’s teaser, fans rushed to X to share their thoughts as many are convinced Tina is the guest. “Love itttt, two people I really like, I definitely will be tuning in,” one person wrote.
A second person posted, “Such nice surprise, this bonus episode with Ms. Tina!!! Tuesday cannot come soon enough!!!” while someone else shared, “So looking forward to this!” The Mirror US has approached Meghan’s representative for comment.

It’s not the first time the pair have been linked, as Meghan and the Knowles family have had a friendly relationship for years. One of their most memorable moments was at the Lion King premiere in 2019, when Beyoncé greeted Meghan with a heartfelt, “my princess.”
Since then, they’ve exchanged parenting advice, celebrated each other’s birthdays and offered supportive messages along the way, according to reports. Tina Knowles previously opened up about her journey to finally telling her own story. At first, she wasn’t sure anyone would care.
“I thought [people] only want to know all my kids’ business. They’re not going to be interested in me” she told People Magazine. Her book hit the shelves last month.
