Meghan Markle might be reframing her pregnancy experience with the fresh perspective shared in her podcast “Confessions of a Female Founder,” suggests a psychologist. The Duchess of Sussex, aged 43, told stories about carrying and raising her children, Prince Archie, aged six, and Princess Lilibet, aged three, along with some poignant tales of her motherhood journey.
The Duchess has sprinkled her anecdotes with laughter, but she also confesses to being swamped by the demands of motherhood lately. During one revealing episode, the mom of two expressed: “People forget that Lili is three, and Archie is five.
So you look at the past five, six years of my life, it’s yes, with being pregnant or with a newborn or with a toddler, and then another one.” Meanwhile, Markle’s team broke their silence on reports she broke an ‘agreement’ with the late Queen.

Her comments today seem to harken back to a heartfelt 2019 interview following her South African Royal tour, whereupon inquiry about her well-being after adding Prince Archie to the family and jumping back into Royal responsibilities, she had revealed: “Any woman, especially when you’re pregnant, you’re really vulnerable, so that was made really challenging. So then when you have a newborn… especially as a woman, it’s a lot.”

Psychologist Stefan Walters now views Meghan’s current podcast musings as an opportunity for her to process and heal from distressing times during her pregnancies and early motherhood days, reports the Express.
Stefan opened up to The Mirror, saying: “There’s an element of getting a second chance here. Pregnancy was a difficult, painful time for them, and at times she seemed to be struggling. It wasn’t necessarily associated with a lot of happy memories.”
He added: “So, now she’s perhaps feeling that she’s able to create and relive some happy memories around pregnancy and the early years of her children’s lives.”

She revealed: “I was like ‘Oh gosh, I’m going to give a speech with a baby on my hip’. I had a whole vision – and then you fast forward… granted I had a lot of external things happening by the time I had both pregnancies and both babies.
“But it was not the way I envisioned it.”
Despite the challenges, Meghan has consistently expressed her deep affection for her kids, often describing being Archie and Lilibet’s mom as the “greatest privilege.”
