Chase you will absolutely enjoy working out with your father and it'll give y'all some good father – son time to make up for lost time and it'll bring y'all closer together and once you get into the groove of doing it regularly i guarantee you will actually like it and look forward to it. My dad passed at the age of 42 when I was just 21 years old and I miss him everyday and wish I could workout with him again.
