So Shady! Miley Cyrus Comes For Taylor Swift – And Dua Lipa Too!

miley what’s good hello my friend it is Perez the queen of all media the original influencer and huge music lover plus big Miley fan remember back when Miley used to be getting into beefs with fellow pop stars well those days are back i love when celebrities get messy promoting her new album on the Every Single Album podcast miley talked some smack about Taylor Allison Swift and this is not shade it’s straight up smack and this is not me guessing it’s straight up smack she takes us back to the bangers era and she says that she wanted to make a wild music video starring Madonna and other fierce females popping wheelies and wrestling in mud for the song 4×4 unfortunately that never happened i had everyone already lined up miley said Nelly who was featured on the song the rapper Madonna was down to do the video miranda Cosgrove yes I Carly herself the Nickelodeon star miley added “This was before Taylor had a lot of famous people in her crew i was friends with famous people first i wanted to do that i had an effing squad and my squad was very very cool.” Yes okay before you come at me this was said in a playful manner but it was still shady it’s still smack talk smack talk in the way that wrestlers talk smack about other wrestlers but I love that we need more spiciness in pop music miley says “Unfortunately her idea was shut down by her label at the time RCA because they didn’t want her talking about a pitbull and piss in a song they would be promoting.” Quote “Madonna was down to mud wrestle Miranda Kerr.” Wait two Mirandas in one video miranda Cosgrove and Miranda Kerr the supermodel wisfully reminiscing miley says on the podcast “I was like I’m gonna get all these girls all these supermodels all these Victoria’s Secret models and all of these pop icons to come to my dad’s farm get in the back of 4x4s and we’re going to mud wrestle and we’re going to go out and do donuts.” A little bad blood and her frustration with the label RCA continued with her 2020 release plastic hearts and Miley is spilling some tea on that duual Lia was featured on her song Prisoner and Miley says that was not her idea that was the labels miley says she never would have put Da on that song if it weren’t for the pressure from her former label no shade to Dua Lia she says it just isn’t cohesive with the album i’m guessing she thinks Da is too pop plastic Hearts was a rock album but it wasn’t that rock it was a pop album miley Simmer down shady Boots shady Boots miley tries to make nice by saying Da would have been much better on something like her last album Endless Summer Vacation she would have been great on the song Wildcard she would have been great on any of them river can you imagine no those two songs you just mentioned Wildcard and River they weren’t as good as Prisoner prisoner was a better song i liked Plastic Hearts i love Prisoner i still love that song i’m glad Duual Lia was on that personally cyrus added that she thought her team at RCA wasn’t confident with how plastic hearts would perform so they brought in some medicinal dua to give the LP some commercial oomph quote they basically were like oh great here’s this piece of album she gave us let’s spray a little duuala on there i loved that that was a good idea on their part thankfully Miley is no longer with RCA Records now she is signed to Colombia and during this new interview for the Every Single Album Podcast Miley also opened up about her exboyfriend Nick Jonas where are my other Nile stands my fellow old people well you might be younger than me probably are this was nearly 20 years ago miley and Nick Jonas dated from 2006 to 2007 and then they got back together in 2009 for a little bit and then it ended for good miley for the first time confirms that her song Take Me Along from the 2010 Can’t Be Tamed album was indeed about Nick Jonas she said on the podcast that was a whole thing Nile Strays but this song was about Nick Jonas and he broke up with me i was distraught miley remembers that her big sister Brandy was playing guitar for her on tour at the time so she had some support from her sibling quote “I was in my bed sobbing and she came in just like a regular big sister but it wasn’t so regular because she was like um 25,000 people are waiting for you to pull your sh together.” Poor Miley and that’s exactly how the song came to be though she said at the time she told her big sis she had a song idea quote “I felt like I knew Nick’s career was going to propel he was going to become the Jonas Brothers because they were opening for me and they wanted to go and that was part of the reason why we were breaking up he was going to go do his own tour he was separating from the Disney thing and they were going to go do that.” Probably the most iconic line in the song came straight from Miley’s heartbreak about Nick leaving her quote I wanted him to take me with him on the tour i was like why can’t we do it together so I had this idea of I don’t understand why you’re leaving me i was telling my sister and my sister grabbed the guitar and started playing the song so we wrote it miley was only 17 then and the breakup hit her hard so much so that later on in this podcast she talked about how she wrote Miles to Go and the strays she tried to throw at Nick in it miley says “I was probably like Nick Jonas dumped me he has a D i c but they were like we can say he’s not a very nice boy but I was probably like he’s an a-hole no hard feelings though miley is clarifying that she holds no grudges against her ex quote I like Nick i’m into him he’s like married with children we’re all moving on everything is good in the world niley for life a next thing you know maybe Miley and Nicki Minaj will make peace and maybe even collaborate together
