i mean it was amazing and seeing him create that character cuz certainly in the first one no one thought that it would work we were all sort of watching him going “Okay mate you’re right it’s completely crazy.” And it read on in the script completely straight so it was totally his creation which was amazing he’s very kind and he doesn’t do quite as much when he’s off camera because otherwise I mean it did get to the point when everybody was just pissing themselves laughing cuz you can’t not yeah and he’s wicked and I think a performer that can really take the ball by the horns and go for it is really impressive

He saved the film. Think how dull it would have been as the standard pirate fare, and two handsome heroes.
She's acting like no one had any knowledge of Depp being in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. He's playing a different version of Hunter S. but almost all of the mannerism are the same. It was the first thing I noticed with the first Pirates movie came out all those years ago. It's almost unbelievable that any of that happened, but it did.
