no matter how team Justin Baldon tries to spin what happened this is a devastating defeat hello my friend it is Perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga moments ago Judge Lyman who is overseeing the consolidated federal cases here tossed Belon’s lawsuit into the garbage literally literally he made many claims against the superstar couple all of them are no longer moving forward the judge did say that team Baldon Wayfairer can file a second amended complaint quickly however he is only allowing them to amend two of the causes of action remember Baldonian wayfairer were suing for civil extortion defamation false light invasion of privacy breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing intentional interference with contractual relations intentional interference with prospective economic advantage negligent interference with prospective economic advantage promisory fraud breach of implied in fact contract nine causes of action that the judge just dismissed with prejudice that means it’s final that means it’s done done except for the two causes of action that Judge Lyman has allowed them to update in a second amended complaint those are the claims of torturous interference with contract and breach of implied covenant that means even the defamation claim done bonkers the Wayfairer Belon parties now have until June 23rd to file a second amended complaint on just those two causes of action the judge also ruled that the power couple will not be entitled to any fees they wanted him and his parties to pay for all of the legal bills no this was a 132page ruling the judge just issued and I really want to find out his thinking why I wanted to get this video out to you quickly come back shortly for more on this bombshell development until then thoughts let’s discuss in the comments section

honestly at the start of this saga, when all the txt msgs were coming out, i cudnt believe that JB and WF were so lenient with this woman they let her walk all them like they are amateur filmmakers, they didnt protect themselves enuf and consult a.lawyer right away. now these actions bit them back in the a$$ and the judge used it against them, in favor of BL plus he had to cave in with all the amicus brief and the powerful people connected to BL and RR, he said he didnt consider the 19 amicus brief, i dont believe him. i knew this judge doesnt care and is biased since day 1.
