The Valley’s Janet Caperna Details Working for Cameron Diaz as Assistant | E! News

janet Caperna’s opening up about her life before reality TV during the May 29th episode of Page Six’s Virtual Reality the Valley star details her career prior to starring on the show revealing the surprising celebrity she worked under saying “I worked for Avalene which is Cameron Diaz and Catherine P’s wine brand that was a job I loved and I’m still like obsessed with the wine.” According to Janet’s LinkedIn profile she worked as an assistant at the beverage company for over two years before joining the cast of the Valley in 2023 and Janet isn’t the only one who’s made a past career shift the reality TV stars former boss Cameron announced she was retired from acting in March 2018 instead taking time to focus on family and beginning her wine brand in 2020 however the 52-year-old has since made her return to the big screen in this year’s Netflix film Back in Action alongside Jamie Fox with Cameron exclusively telling ENews back in January why she made the decision to return to Hollywood i hadn’t considered anything other than this things had come around i’m I don’t even I don’t want to even open Jamie i was like huh you know and uh well okay well you know Jamie let me just I’ll take a look at it you know and then um my husband and I um Benj and I just talked about maybe it’s maybe it would be cool to do something with the family you know like switch it up a little bit and I was like well the only reason I would even consider it is because I know what I’m getting into with him you know as a partner you know his talent his professionalism um and to be able to have the the privilege to to come back after 10 years and even have this as an option to me it was really fun to be able to say yes to it [Music]
