Jamal Finley Black Tree TV and this macaroni I guess the Black Tree TV macaroni i love that name macaroni the best what’s up Rooney so I got to ask when if I was to talk to Justin and Jeffrey who’s the better sibling between you two i know you’re both oh well Jessica likes to say it changes every day you know and and it’s like whose perspective i mean uh in our parents’ eyes like I think you know there was favorites and people had sympathy and empathy one you know sometimes for one then the other and I think with amongst the two of us I think she’s like I’ve done it i’m living my dream life stay away from me i’ve got it meanwhile I’m like I’ve broken through my sobriety journey like my life is harder than your life you know it’s like a competition over who’s struggling more and that never works out well so I think it’s a constant decision and what I love about the show is we really leave it up to the audience to decide who the better sister is yeah yeah i I love also that it deals with like all these shows that really dive into you know sobriety and dealing with people like I feel like it’s gonna connect with somebody that’s out there dealing with it and seeing that that go through so like how important was it for you to play those meetings like true to form and and to be authentic about it i feel that representation um is a great responsibility i think AA is an absolutely incredible organization i think people who um work those programs are incredibly brave and deserving of like seeing a a a true representation of what it is and and the struggle that it is the everyday decision that’s being made to stay sober you know it’s not like I fixed it like no it’s an everyday decision my character struggles with it there’s a lot of trauma that gets brought up i I just I really felt responsible to people in those programs to see themselves a little bit in this character okay just so you know I I might have some information about what Adam was involved in some good he was trying to do that pissed off some really bad people did you give Sanders this vague update i can’t really be specific okay it’s It’s very serious and I could get in a lot of trouble okay we’re picking outfits to wear to our son’s murder trial Chlo all right there are other parties with other interests involved okay okay um and they think I might have access to something that they may have use of maybe something that might have made Adam a target and what do these other people with other interests maybe want you to do about it get it for them character when when you first did the read like how like how to see it unfold did did you know be before you read it like how it was going to where it was going to end or did you do read the script and have to figure out who was the who was the who done it in this mystery to till you got to Well it’s it’s based on a book so I know we both read the book kind of before we all you know we really went down the road so we knew what was going to happen in the large you know in the larger sense of who done it but what’s great about these scripts is the nuance and the character development and the other characters that came in to play with us you know so much of that the the book is really from Khloe’s perspective too so Nikki is like sidelined in a lot of the book and I feel like they really gave me so much more to do than what the book has and that was to me what was the most fun it was it wasn’t like well we know what’s going to happen but like how is it going to unfold and that’s where the writing and the you know the brilliance of our showrunners really came out i know i love seeing y’all unlimited series but I got to ask you about two movies that I’m still curious about that you’re connected to for for you Elizabeth is there going to be a Cocaine Bear 2 if you just The Blade The Blade series has had so much trouble do you have any insight on what’s going to happen with Blade if we gonna see it again since I have no idea what’s going on with that to be honest with you i I I loved being a part of that when when we did that and back oh my god it was like 20 years ago now which is crazy i had so much fun learning all those skills and doing all that stuff and I I hope I hope it it can just get rebooted and keep rolling i don’t know the training up you know i’m just waiting I’m waiting for my chance again i’m waiting for my next audition chance for Blade 35 yeah exactly um cocaine bear was really a complete thought I think you know the bear won rightfully and um I mean there are other animals that ingest you know uh drugs so maybe there’s something there but it’s going to be hard to beat the bear yeah yeah macaroni’s auditioning right now yeah I can see that but I love the show can’t wait till the rest of the world gets to see it it was a great like I was all the way to the end trying to figure out who did it and I can’t wait to talk to people so that they can see it too but y’all did a great performance to write yes thank you thank you so much thank you buy back home
