thought that Taylor Swift’s role in this messiness was over after the subpoena that Baldon’s team served on her was withdrawn think again Remember all the drama with that baldon’s lawyer Brian Freriedman who is also my attorney but has not given me any information swayed me in any way or given me a discount for all the times I mentioned him Freriedman made the shocking allegation that Taylor Swift was threatened by her former bestie and so was Taylor’s lawyer Then according to reports Taylor’s dad Scott Swift started blabbing to Brian Freriedman and Daddy Swift was responsible for sharing information with Team Baldon Once they got the information they needed they then withdrew the subpoena request from Taylor Swift and Taylor’s lawyer And now we’ve had a very busy week as I’ve been chronicling for you The judge’s super harsh ruling their forthcoming second amended complaint due by June 23rd The accused racist’s lawyer Mike Gotautle has gone on a fullout press assault The Plantation Princess’s attorney was on CNN and TMZ Live Baldon’s lawyer Freriedman also did TMZ Live and he just sat down with Megan Kelly as well Specifically asked about the upand cominging film editor threatening to retaliate against the global pop superstar Baldon’s lawyer said “The truth is I don’t think I should speak on it I think we should wait and see how the evidence fares out on that But Brian Freriedman did strategically tease aka threaten Swift’s further involvement in the saga The saga that she wants nothing to do with Baldon’s lawyer says to Megan Kelly quote I think that people who are relevant to the case and people who you know have otherwise been with people from the beginning of the case side by side shoulder by shoulder are you know potentially witnesses in the case And so those are things that we need to look into Those are things to see what in addition to what we know we already need We need to move forward to obtain that discovery There’s a short leash to how far we can go with discovery I think the judge has made it very clear that you know third parties need to be directly relevant to claims and we think certain third parties are directly relevant But it’s just whether or not you need that evidence in addition to what you already have Well in the basement manager’s own words Taylor Swift was shoulderto-shoulder with her in the making and pre-production and every aspect of the movie So byone’s lawyer’s own admission she would be a relevant witness and we could potentially see her on the stand There is power to that threat Taylor Swift does not want to be on the witness stand And if the Van Van CEO wants to at all reconcile and make things better with Travis Kelce’s girlfriend she’s going to do everything in her power to make sure that Taylor does not have to testify at trial cuz both sides have said this is moving ahead and it will go to trial Justice for Justin Speaking of justice of the judge’s ruling earlier this week and how the still laying low Justin Baldon responded his lawyer tells Megan Kelly quote “I think that injustice is a word I think can best describe it A lack of understanding If she said these things about me that were untrue how come I don’t have a legal red address in terms of defamation because of legalities technicalities Freriedman also argued that the shamtastic and shameful actress acted in a way that was way shady by setting up her secret do lawsuit the anonymous one to get the subpoena from his former publicist to legally allow her to obtain all of those texts and emails which she probably had already illegally And those texts and emails were then used in the New York Times hit piece against him And that was quote devastating to Justin His lawyer explained “If anybody remembers what December 21st was like for him there was 100% of the people saying he’s a horrible person and 0% well except for me who actually saw him on a day-to-day basis and his family who were really on his side.” until we put out the facts until we put up the receipts until we put out the documents because this has always been about the facts and the truth You know it’s frustrating for him Who knows exactly what he did and didn’t do did he acquies too much to her demands absolutely because he was afraid But that’s very different than whether he sexually harassed her And this has impacted him and affected him negatively in so many ways Baldon’s lawyer reveals he’s lost jobs It’s affected his career at the moment It’s obviously affected him emotionally his self-esteem He’s putting up the best face he can for his family and whatnot but all he wants is truly a chance and a courtroom and a jury to be able to tell his story to you know he’s not going around on red carpets She is He’s not going around you know with interviews He’s not going around on some victory tour even when she dropped her emotional distress claims He could have Remember she was not going to share her medical information which is standard in claims of emotional distress putting Ryan Cryan’s wife who he suggested may have a narcissism quality to her personality on blast for her public outings Freriedman quipped quote “They have an interesting ability to go on victory tours whether they win or lose so it doesn’t even matter.” I could see her losing in the case and going on a victory tour Perez Damas can as well but that’s what we’re dealing with Freriedman continues “When people show you who they are believe them.” I love a good Maya Angelou quote While the judge did drop some of his claims Baldon’s attorney says that he still has significant claims left But he adds “Nothing is as significant as taking her deposition going through that process getting the witness testimony and the witnesses deposed and going into the courtroom and showing the truth to show that there was no sexual harassment Nothing is more important than that And I will absolutely be covering every development each and every step
