blake Lively speaks out after Justin Baldon’s lawsuit against her and husband Ryan Reynolds is dismissed the Gossip Girl alum says in a post to her Instagram story “Like so many others I felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit including the manufactured shame that tries to break us while the suit against me was defeated so many don’t have the resources to fight back.” She adds “I’m more resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman’s right to have a voice in protecting themsel including their safety their integrity and their story.” Blake ends her message saying “With love and gratitude for the many who stood by me many of you I know many of you I don’t but I will never stop appreciating or advocating for you.” The actress also includes links to resources for quote defending women’s rights to speak up for their safety back in late December Blake filed a lawsuit against Justin and his company Wayfairer Studios which produced their film It Ends With Us for sexual harassment and retaliation with Baldon denying the allegations and subsequently filing a defamation lawsuit against Blake Ryan her publicist Lesie Sloan as well as the New York Times for its coverage of Blake’s initial CRD complaint all parties denied wrongdoing according to documents obtained by E-News Judge Lewis J lyman granted a motion on June 9th to dismiss the $400 million counter suit filed by the It Ends With Us director and star as well as Wayfairer Studios and several of its staff against Blake Lively Ryan Reynolds and their publicist Leslie Sloan faldon’s $250 million lawsuit against the New York Times has also been dismissed following the suit’s dismissal Lively’s lawyers Ezra Hudson and Mike Gotautle shared a statement with ENews calling the ruling a total victory and a complete vindication for Blake Lively along with those that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfairer parties dragged into their retaliatory lawsuit the statement continued “As we have said from day one this $400 million lawsuit was a sham and the court saw right through it e-news has reached out to Beldon and Wayfairer’s legal teams for comment but has not yet heard back [Music]
