yes now this is going to be a good week hello my friend it is Perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga last week I and many others were emotionally drained and just freaking over it that judge’s ruling was devastating but we are starting things off much better this week as I previously shared with you all following a request from team Belon Wayfarer Lady Rugpool was not willing to hand over her medical records including her care providers and any treatment plan that would help back up her claims of emotional distress so instead of giving that which is common in lawsuits involving claims of emotional distress Betty poop just said “Ah I’m going to drop those claims.” Then there was some bickering because both sides could not agree to the terms of the dismissal the judge said “Work it out amongst yourselves.” And today they’ve finally reached an agreement with Belon coming out on top judge Lyman just signed off on this the expert extortionist is dropping those claims with prejudice that means the dismissal is done and final she can’t refile them at a later time the judge wrote in his order approving this today quote “The claims are dismissed pursuant to rule 15 or the court’s inherent power.” I think the judge had a typo and meant to say of the court’s inherent power with prejudice with each party to bear its own costs and fees so ordered says Judge Lyman yay additionally as I shared with you all last week the Boonh Hall baby filed a motion to compel the subpoena responses that she filed against the Wayfairer third parties these subpoenas were sent to a group of Wayfairer employees some current some past and team Baldon Wayfairer said “Relax chillax they’re coming.” Okay simmer so the judge just ruled on Amber Lively’s motion to compel and just denied it let’s see here his reasoning in the ruling filed today he explains that he denied it just for logistical reasons judge Lyman writes “Lively states that as of June 11th 2025 the Wayfairer parties have not produced any document responsive to the subpoenas the Wayfairer third parties state that they are still collecting documents and additionally argue that this court lacks jurisdiction to compel compliance each of the subpoenas requires compliance in Los Angeles California except for the subpoena to Dion Sulleon which requires compliance in Atlanta Georgia federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45 states that the serving party may move the court for the district where compliance is required for an order compelling production or inspection this provision protects the interests of non-parties over which the court may not have jurisdiction lively’s motion is properly brought in the districts where compliance is required the motion to compel is denied so ordered Judge Lyman and it was a very busy day on the docket some more updates on June the 6th the Garden Variety actress filed a motion to compel the actual Wayfairer Baldon parties team Betty Buzzkill says they served the Baldon Wayfairer parties Justin Baldoni Jamie Heath Steve Sorrowitz Melissa Nathan Jennifer Ael back in early March and they have not gotten anything they’ve been bickering back and forth over every little detail the Baloni Wayfairer parties responded on June the 10th asking the court to deny her motion to compel and remember this there were allegations made that team Baldoni was engaging in nefarious communications they did respond to that quote “Without citation to any evidence or even specifying the factual basis for their allegation the Lively parties allege that they believe that the Wayfairer parties have engaged in covert tactics to communicate with third parties in a manner to avoid leaving a paper trail such as by placing information in a draft folder or other email repository and providing a third party with viewing access to the folder or email which enables the third party to view the information without leaving a digital trace so team Baldon Wayfairer says for the avoidance of doubt the wayfarer parties have never engaged in such alleged clandestine communications on June the 10th they told the judge that they would be responding to the interrogatories two of them by June the 13th that already passed and for the rest of the interrogatory the motion should be denied because such interrogatory is hopelessly vague and ambiguous additionally and I mentioned this already the Wayfairer Baldoni parties told the judge that by June the 13th the Wayfairer parties will identify the reporters and news or media outlets with whom they have communicated june the 13th passed so this morning Judge Lyman said in an order quote “Lively is ordered to inform the court by 5:00 p.m today June 16th whether the Wayfairer party’s responses have rendered any part of the motion their motion to compel.” So she’s ordered to inform the court whether the Wayfair party’s responses have rendered any part of the motion moot so the judge just wants an update do I have to rule on your motion to compel or not because they already provided the information that you were requesting and similarly remember Sarah Nathan the New York Post editor who just so happens to be the sister of his crisis PR expert Melissa Nathan after the judge’s ruling last week and the defamation claims against Dulu’s publicist Leslie Sloan were tossed Leslie Sloan is no longer a party in this litigation leslie Sloan did put in a request to compel Sarah Nathan to hand over information but in a letter today Sarah Nathan’s lawyer tells the judge “Consolidated defendants Leslie Sloan and Vision PR her company uh who issued the May 5th subpoena that is the subject of the motion have informed us that the subpoena has now become moot in light of the court’s opinion and order entered June the 9th since the subpoena is no longer in effect and the motion need not be decided Miss Nathan is withdrawing the motion she was objecting to the motion to compel and hopefully today’s wins are a sign of positive momentum going forward for Justin Baldoni and FYI I told you all that I joined that uh one social media place the red to the it i got banned for breathing from a sub in support of her i literally got banned just for being me i said nothing that broke their community guidelines they just didn’t want my presence there and I only showed up because they were talking smack about me and spreading lies so I just said that’s not true and I got banned hilarious all right my friend i am feeling good about today and things in
