anne Burell’s Food Network family speaks out after her death while other celebrities also pay tribute to the late chef after Anne Burell died at her home June 17th many chefs flocked to social media to remember the 55-year-old food Network where Anne hosted worst cooks in America and Secrets of a Restaurant Chef says in an Instagram post “We are deeply saddened to share the news that beloved chef Anne Burrell passed away this morning anne was a remarkable person and culinary talent teaching competing and always sharing the importance of food in her life and the joy that a delicious meal can bring our thoughts are with Anne’s family friends and fans during this time of tremendous loss in the comments of the post fellow Food Network and culinary stars shared their thoughts with East Meets West’s Ming Sai saying “This is so so so sad we lost a good one here.” Food Network star contestant Chris Valdez added “Heartbroken by the loss of Chef Anne Burrell a true culinary force bold passionate and unforgettable her fire laughter and love for food inspired so many rest in flavor chef your legacy lives on.” Top Chef alum Carla Hall shared a similar sentiment commenting “Anne was an incredible cook and teacher fierce she will be missed.” Ty Pennington Carson Cresley and Jersey Shores Mike the Situation Serantino also pay tribute on the post and over on her Instagram stories supermodel Gigi Hadid recalls a fond memory of Anne sharing an image of the two together on set writing “I am heartbroken to hear of the loss of the great Anne Burrell as a longtime fan getting to share this day with her was a dream come true beat Bobby hang eat i wish we could have done it again she was awesome rest in peace legend.” Burell’s family confirmed her passing in a statement to Enus June 17th saying “Anne was a beloved wife sister daughter stepmother and friend her smile lit up every room she entered anne’s light radiated far beyond those she knew touching millions across the world though she is no longer with us her warmth spirit and boundless love remain eternal [Music]
