Tennessee Titans defensive back Mike Brown and Los Angeles Chargers running back Hassan Haskins are among the celebrities who will participate in Tennessee State basketball’s fourth annual Deserve 2 Win Celebrity All-Star game on June 27 at Kean Hall.
Tigers coach Brian “Penny” Collins announced the celebrities on June 24. They will be split up on Team 615 and Team Music City.
Others include former NFL star defensive back Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, who played at TSU and was recently inducted into the Black College Football Hall of Fame; former Boston Celtic Dontae Jones, who also played at Stratford and Mississippi State; local criminal justice advocate Calvin “Fridge” Bryant; former Tennessee basketball standout Isiah Victor, and Lipscomb Academy football coach and former Vanderbilt football and basketball player Jamie Graham.
The coaches will be former Whites Creek basketball and baseball star Hasan Rasheed, former Stratford basketball standout and coach Demarco Polk, and recording artist/director Quanie Cash.
General admission tickets are $11 and court-side seating is $115. Tickets are available at Deserve 2 Win or at the Gentry Center ticket office.
